Code of Conduct

All Users of the Partner Conduit Network (PCN) ("Users") agree to follow this Code of Conduct to ensure a safe and ethical environment for our users to conduct business.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

  1. Users may be part of business relationships that have contractual obligations, including confidentiality. It is up to each PCN User to inquire about, and abide by, any external contractual obligations when collaborating with another party introduced via the PCN.
  2. Users may get introductions to new business contacts via collaborations started within the PCN. The primacy of the customer relationship with the User responsible for an introduction should be respected at all times.
  3. PCN must not be used for any illegal activity, including collusion or any other type of pricing manipulation.
  4. Users shall use the rating system and other communication elements of the PCN fairly and honestly when evaluating other users and shall not be associated, directly or indirectly, with inflating their own ratings or reputation.
  5. Users shall provide accurate information about their own business capabilities and practices to other users, including in their profile information.
  6. Any opportunity listed for collaboration by a User is a legitimate business opportunity including a named client with a well defined scope.
  7. Any opportunity registered on the PCN is based on receiving a customer commitment and claims must include proof of performance including access to the information necessary to audit the completion of the services
  8. The PCN shall not be used for any other purposes except for its intended purpose of facilitating networking and collaboration among users. Prohibited purposes include, but are not limited to, using the PCN to gain information on users under false pretenses.
  9. Users must work with our Customer Service Department and our dispute resolution system to handle issues between users and between a User and the PCN.
  10. Hawkeye has the right to audit any User’s use of the PCN to ensure honesty and compliance with our guidelines and agreement terms including the right to ask for reasonable documentation.
  11. Users may share earned Collaboration Currency™ according to their own internal agreements. The PCN has mechanisms in place that allow users to agree on the allocation of Collaboration Currency before it is distributed. In the event of dispute, Hawkeye views Collaboration Currency allocations as a final agreement.
  12. All Users agree to abide by the terms and conditions that govern the PCN including this Code of Conduct, Collaboration Currency Rules, and the EULA.
