How do I get started and become a PCN member?

To get started, simply select “Join for FREE” at the top right corner of the Home page, register by creating your user profile and immediately gain access to the PartnerConduit Network. Create a company profile and experience all PCN has to offer.

Are there any costs for PCN membership?

PCN Membership is Free! However, to experience all that PCN has to offer, a Premium Membership subscription is recommended, at a low cost of $49 per month. Premium Members can collaborate on and register an unlimited number of opportunities without any transaction fees. Redeeming Collaboration Currency™ may be subject to a nominal transaction fee; Premium Members enjoy the lowest rates.

Can I join PCN as a "test" user before purchasing a membership?

Yes. If you work for a qualifying company (MSP, VAR, Systems Integrator, Technology Consultant, Agent, or any firm engaged in selling or influencing the sale of technology products or services to business customers), you may register by creating your Individual User profile and immediately gain access and test drive the PartnerConduit Network for free – no charge or obligation.

How do I access and utilize PCN if my company is already a member?

When you register for the PCN you will be required to submit your company name. If your company is already a PCN member your request to join the PCN will be routed to the PCN administrator of your company. Upon approval by your company’s PCN administrator, you will receive an email confirming that you have been successfully registered and can immediately access the PCN via your company’s member account.

Or, you can contact your PCN administrator for your company and request that you be added as a company member “user”. In which case, you will receive an email invitation requesting you to join the company as a PCN member user.

How do I access and utilize PCN if my company is not a member?

PCN is designed to be a community of like-minded member companies. When you register to join the PCN, you will be required to submit your company name. If the company name submitted is not a PCN member, you will create an individual user account at that time. However, once PCN access has been granted, you can setup your company profile to become a PCN member. If you do not wish to setup a company account, you will not be required and will simply be registered as an individual user with immediate, but limited PCN access.

What are the different PCN account type options?

1. As an individual, business owner, professionals and company employees; create an Individual User account. Create a PCN profile, search for members and learn about potential opportunities. There is no monthly subscription fee to maintain this account type, but PCN features and opportunities are limited.

2. As a company or organization, create a Company Member account. As a PCN Company Member you can find other partners and vendors that complement your business needs. With this account type, you can initiate or participate in P2P collaboration, search and be searched by other members, manage your company profile and associated users, manage and support collaborations and collaboration currency and much more. There is no monthly subscription fee to maintain this account type, but PCN opportunities are limited.

3. As a company or organization, create a Premium Member account. As a PCN Premium Member you can find other partners and vendors that complement your business needs. With this account type, you can manage more than one company location, initiate or participate in unlimited P2P collaboration, search and be searched by other members, manage your company profile and associated users, manage and support unlimited collaborations and collaboration currency and much more. This account type requires a monthly subscription fee, with endless PCN opportunities.

What do I do if I never received my confirmation email to register?

If by clicking the “Confirm” link in the email does not work, please copy and paste the link at the bottom of the email into your internet browser. If copying and pasting the link into your internet browser does not work, please contact the PCN help desk at support@partnerconduit.com or call 877-280-1370.

What if the user ID I created does not allow me to login or I have forgotten it?

If you are having problems logging into the PCN using your user ID (email address), please contact the PCN help desk at support@partnerconduit.com. Please note that three failed login attempts will result in a locked account.

What if the password I created does not allow me to login or I have forgotten it?

If you are having problems logging into the PCN using your password, please select "Login" located at the top right corner of the Home page. At the login page, reset your password by selecting the "Forgot Password?" link and a temporary password will be sent to your email address. If this does not correct the problem, please contact the PCN help desk at support@partnerconduit.com or call 877-280-1370. Please note that 3 failed login attempts will result in a locked account.

How can I secure and protect the integrity of my account password?

PCN is a safe and secure environment. However, if you wish to further secure your PCN account password, a security question and answer can be added to your account profile. Once you have successfully registered and can access your PCN home page, go to "Setup" and select "My Profile". Select "Add/Edit Security Question" to add a password protected security question and answer. While this is optional, if added, the security question and answer will be required in any attempt to change or alter your password.

How does PCN protect the privacy of the information I supply?

In addition to a EULA with standard terms of service, all PCN users will be required to read and agree to follow the terms of use and Code of Conduct. It is very important to acknowledge and adhere to the conduct code; it is specifically in place to ensure a safe and ethical environment by which you can carry out business within the PartnerConduit Network. Once you have successfully registered as a PCN user, you can access your member Home page by logging in from the PCN Home page at http://www.partnerconduit.com, selecting "Login" located at the top right corner of the Home page and using your PCN user ID (email address) and password to gain site access.

When can I begin connecting and collaborating with other members?

You can begin connecting with other partners and collaborating on opportunities once you have successfully completed the registration and company membership process and can access your PCN Member Home Page using your user ID and password. The company member Home page is the center of access for all that PCN has to offer in one secure location for active members only.

Every PCN user is supported by email and phone via our PCN Support Team, as well, online tutorials and guides are available for your reference. In addition, Premium Member subscribers receive more personal support to assist in making the most out of your PCN membership.
